Abstract

عتبر الابتكار المتواصل جوهر الأداء المؤسسي للعالم الذي نعيش فيه، حيث أننا نعيش عالم المنتجات الجديدة، والتي غالبا ما تؤثر على سلوكنا وأدائنا، ولقد أدى هذا الوضع إلى ظهور اقتصاد قوي يقوم على التصنيع الهائل، حيث كانت قوة المصانع تقاس بعدد خطوط الإنتاج ، إلا أن الأمر تغير اليوم، فأصبحت قـوة المؤسسـات والدول تكمن في ما لديها من أفكار متماشية مع المتغيرات لتقديم أفضل الخدمات. ولذلك فإن المؤسسة التي لا تواكب التغيير والتطوير باستمرار لمعرفة الاحتياجات المستجدة للسوق، وتتعامل مع الظروف المتغيرة، سوف تقضي عليها المنافسة بعد فترة وجيزة .

Continuous innovation is the essence of the institutional performance of the world in which we live,as we live in a world of new products, which often affect our behavior and our performance, and this situation has led to the emergence of a strong economy based on massive manufacturing, wherethe strength of factories was measured by the number of production lines. The matter has changed to day, so the strength of institutions and countries lies in their ideas in line with the changes to provide the best services. Therefore, an organization that does not keep pace with change and constantly develops to know the emerging needs of the market, and deals with changing conditions,will be eliminated by competition after a short period.
